Privacy policy

This policy describes processing associated with the current corporate website and its optional AI consultation.

Vercel processes IP addresses and technical request data to serve and secure the website and diagnose incidents. The AI API uses temporary IP-based counters to limit abuse; they remain in each instance’s memory and reset when its control window or instance resets. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure service, using data limited to that purpose. You may exercise your right to object where applicable.

This version does not activate Google Ads, Meta Ads or production analytics. We do not store explorer conversations in an InnerOS database.

3. When you email us

Contact links open your email app. The message is sent only when you choose to send it there. On receipt, we process your address, name and the information you share to respond, assess fit and manage a potential professional relationship. The basis is responding to your request for pre-contractual steps and, where applicable, performing the agreed relationship. Emailing us does not add you to advertising lists.

4. Optional AI consultation

The optional consultation is based on your consent, requested before the first submission. Your description and answers are transmitted to Vercel AI Gateway and Google Vertex AI to generate questions and initial guidance using the configured Google model. You may choose not to use the tool or stop making further requests. Do not enter customer data, sensitive information, credentials or confidential documents.

Requests require inference in the European Union and a provider with a zero data retention (ZDR) agreement with AI Gateway, without training on your queries. If no compatible route is available, the consultation fails rather than being resubmitted with weaker restrictions. This control covers model inference; it does not guarantee that all transit, prior Vercel processing or email remain in the EU. Provider policies may include exceptions for safety, abuse or legal obligations.

5. Brief and human contact

Responses remain in this page’s memory while you use it. Copying the brief places it on your clipboard. Preparing an email opens a draft for you to review and send; a long brief is explicitly marked as shortened. No CRM lead is created and the team is not notified automatically.

6. Providers and transfers

Vercel provides hosting, website security and AI Gateway. Google Vertex AI processes consented AI consultations under the policy described above. Business email is routed through Google servers when you contact us.

Hosting, Gateway processing and email may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Each service’s terms describe its locations, subprocessors and transfer safeguards, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where applicable. Restricting inference to the EU does not eliminate those potential transfers. You can request information about processing in your case at info@innerostech.com.

7. Retention

Explorer content is not added to an InnerOS conversation history: resetting or reloading clears local state, except copies you save. Inference requires ZDR through AI Gateway: the provider does not normally retain prompts and responses after completing a request, subject to applicable safety, abuse and legal exceptions. We do not use web search or other provider-executed tools.

We do not promise end-to-end zero retention. Hosting, security and usage logs, without our application logging consultation text, are governed by Vercel’s configuration and terms and retained according to operational, diagnostic and security needs and applicable obligations. Enquiries you choose to send us by email are kept while being handled and throughout any resulting professional relationship; afterwards, only as needed for legal obligations or potential claims.

8. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, or withdraw consent for future processing, by emailing info@innerostech.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. We may need to verify identity proportionately. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live or to Estonia’s Andmekaitse Inspektsioon.

9. Browser storage

The motion preference is stored locally as inneros-motion to respect your choice. The explorer does not store the consultation in localStorage or sessionStorage. This version does not collect campaign attribution or activate advertising cookies. Access protection and hosting infrastructure may use technical mechanisms necessary for operation.
